- Amplify the elements that remain the same. Virtual ceremonies can still include an exceptional and exciting guest speaker and graduates can still have their names read and their accomplishments honoured. While you may be tempted to make a virtual ceremony short and sweet, don’t be surprised by how many graduates are craving something formal. Do what you can to make the content as rich and special as possible.
