We’d like to thank all of our customers for their patience and understanding while we were closed due to COVID-19. Following the guidelines of the Ontario government, Harcourts was able to reopen on June 8 and we’re delighted to resume providing our services. Whether you need a convocation gown, a custom robe or vestments, we’d be happy to help.
While our Toronto showroom is open again, we want to ensure you that we’re focused on the protection of our customers and employees and that health and safety will remain a priority for us. We’re following the restrictions and guidelines recommended by Public Health Ontario and have implemented easy-to-follow safety measures that will make everyone’s visit comfortable.

The global pandemic certainly changed our world, but know that you can still count on Harcourts to provide you with choir gowns, legal and clerical attire to suit your needs. In fact, we can even do measurements safely and help you order the custom robes you need.
In order to keep staff and customers safe, please make an appointment to visit our Toronto showroom by calling (416) 977-4408, extension 109, or send us an email at info@harcourts.com. Customers must wear masks and appointments are being spaced out, with one scheduled every 20 minutes. There will only be one customer in the showroom and one customer in for measure at a time.
Your experience will be different when you visit us but rest assured that we’ll still deliver the quality and expertise you come to expect from us. For those looking for a convocation gown or needing to upgrade their legal attire now that courts will be opening up again too, Harcourts is ready to serve you.
In addition to asking customers to wear masks, our tailors and staff will be wearing face masks and gloves as well. We will also be cleaning and sanitizing our measurement tools and change rooms between customers.
As additional measures to help keep everyone safe and healthy, we also want to remind you:
- Please do not come in if you are feeling sick, live with or have been in contact with someone who has been sick. We’ll happily reschedule your appointment.
- We reserve the right to re-schedule your appointment if you arrive and you are visibly sick.
- Please sanitize your hands upon entry into the showroom using the sanitizer we’ll have available.
