Chest: Measure at the widest part of the chest or bust area.

Neck: Measure around the neck at the collar, allowing two fingers of room between the neck and the tape measure for comfort.

Head size: Measure at the widest part of the head, just above the ears.

Sleeve length: Measure from the nape of the neck at the spine. With the arm relaxed at the side, run the tape measure over the shoulder and to the wrist.

Waist size: Measure at the smallest part of the abdomen between the rib cage and the hips, just above the navel.

Seat size: Measure at the widest part of the seat, with the legs together and knees touching.
